I just bought an item! When will I get it?

Your item will likely be processed within 1-18 hours of your purchase. Then, depending on your item, you will receive it at your shipping address in around seven to twenty one days. If you do not receive your item within thirty days, feel free to contact us at Customer Support! 

How secure is your website?

Our online store is protected by the most up to date security firewalls to ensure all data is kept secure. We understand how important secure payment is in any online store, and our checkout process is as secure as it gets. We also allow for payment’s including credit and debit card and through Pay Pal – the safest online payment system available.

How do I change or cancel my order?

Please let us know as soon as possible if you have had a change of mind so we can accommodate your request. In this situation, you should email us on the Contact Us page with your details and then leave the rest to us! If your order has been shipped, then you will be ineligible for cancellation.

  

How long does it take to get a response?

Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. We will do our best to reply to you on the day you send your email, and no longer than 24 hours.

 

What about refunds?

In the unlikely event that there is a manufacturing flaw that renders your item unusable, you are eligible for a refund within 3 days of delivery. For cancellations, see "how do I change or cancel my order".
